The State University of Moldova will benefit from a grant awarded by the European Commission in order to carry out the project “EUSHARE: Promoting education-research-innovation through European economic integration of the Republic of Moldova”
On July 31, 2019 the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture (EACEA) published the results of the selection for the Erasmus+ Programme, Jean Monnet Actions (EAC/A03/2018). This year 1315 applications were submitted, out of which only 251 were selected for funding.
Moldova State University will benefit from a grant awarded by the European Commission in the amount of 50,190 EUR in order to carry out the project “EUSHARE: Promoting education-research-innovation through European economic integration of the Republic of Moldova”, having as coordinator Elena Simciuc, Head of the Office for International Projects, Moldova State University.
Jean Monnet’s actions aim to promote excellence in teaching and research, in the field of European Union studies, worldwide. These actions also aim to promote dialogue between academia and society, including local and governmental decision makers, civil servants, civil society actors, representatives of different levels of education and media representatives. Supported activities generate knowledge and information that can support the EU decision-making process and which can strengthen the EU’s role in a globalized society.
